Individual Wellness assessment and recommendations package

What’s included:
Initial interview over zoom where we go over your history, lifestyle, diet, and exercise as well as
your areas of nutritional concern
90 minutes
1-hour long recommendations visit where we agree upon nutritional and lifestyle goals
(3) 45 minute follow up zoom visits every other week to monitor your progress
Email and Text support during normal business hours
Individualized meal plans and grocery lists
Access to private group support services
Recipes, handouts, and support resources to optimize success with your nutritional goals
Bio-Individual Supplement recommendations

Access to discounted high quality nutritional supplements

All 1:1 clients will have access to functional lab testing

While the services I provide will require a minimum of 6 weeks to be truly beneficial, I do find
that a longer commitment is often necessary, depending on your bio-individual needs. After the
initial wellness assessment, I am able to recommend whether a longer commitment maybe
necessary for your unique concerns.

Discounted monthly payment plans available for 3 and 6
month packages.

3 and 6 month packages include an individual wellness assessment and recommendations with additional follow up support for the amount of time selected.

6 month package includes functional lab testing to include MRT food sensitivity test and (2) GI MAP stool tests
