Bone Broth for Gut Health

Bone broth is an incredibly gut-healing, nutrient -dense food that should be in everyone’s diet. It is comforting, nourishing, and has so many health benefits. It is rich in collagen and soothing to our gut-lining. Many processed foods and inflammatory seed oils are damaging to our gut linings. Excess sugar, alcohol, and even stress can be damaging to our gut health as well. Bone broth is an ancient remedy to help soothe the digestive tract, while providing vitamins and minerals to help support hydration and nutrition. I love making bone broth in my instant pot, it is so easy, fast, and convenient. If you do not have an instant pot, it can also be made in a slow cooker or crock-pot, but cooking time will need to be increased to 8-12 hours.
